Director “The task of the modern educator is not to cut down jungles, but to irrigate deserts.”In my opinion, an educator, it is important to think to what extent are we aware of the requirements, the feelings, the visions and goals of the learners, whom we interact with. Learning has no place for exclusivism in the interactive age. We have to continually create an environment opportunity where by our school becomes laboratories of learning- listening and reflecting , caring and sharing, discussing and debating, dramatizing and playing and creating and displaying. – a concern for love, empathy and humanism.Learning happens where the learner is engaged fully in the process of thinking, observing, doing, watching, experiencing, co-operating, participating, motivating, by teaching, assigning a work or examine the memory, learners should be curious about their problems, doubts, confusion, thirst, interest, anxiety etc. So it is the duty of the tutor, instructor, facilitator, guide to enthuse the curiosity of the learner.If the quality of the education totally depends on the teachers, their knowledge their selection with the students and their dedication to the profession, then it becomes completely mandatory to make required reforms in our education system with the feedback and suggestion of the parents.So I think deeply in the interest of nation building as this rising generation can lead the nation high imparting a practical sense, the various streams and system of education should have content and training potential that empowers our students to discover their unheard teachers.ST.PAUL HIGHER SECONDARY SCHOOL JAWAR School is the gateway where the poor of the poorest must be enabled by the best curriculum and ahead in academic excellence. we all should try to put in the best effort in this direction to make the children a well-focused and career oriented in time to come.I wish whole heartedly to all the educators and mentors as well as learners to go ahead in every avenues of life.Sincerely, I have a positive thinking to enable and develop the children to get through excellent in this cut throat arena.“Hope for the best”.
